• When making a purchase, a bespoke, made-to-order piece will be artisanally created for you. Each object is assigned a unique number that will never be repeated.

• As one of our core practice principles, we embrace the ‘scrap only’, thereby valuing the imperfections and miscellany of shearling and fur shapes to create one-of-a-kind pieces with their own individual characteristics and details. Please be aware that the images of existing objects on our website are provided for illustrative purposes only and serve as a reference for colour, material, and anticipated size or shape.

• The uniqueness of each object is achieved not only by assembling each piece by hand from incongruous offcuts but also by using remnants of precious materials that many would discard. The imperfections of leather and fur scraps, irregularities of their colour and texture are the features we value the most and intentionally keep within each object.

• We aim to ship objects out within 2 weeks of order receipt.

• Due to the bespoke nature of our made-to-order objects, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable; however, we are committed to our artisinal quality standards and offer repair services should your unique piece require it.
