• When making a Direct Purchase, you select a particular, completed one-of-a-kind Object with an already assigned unique number that will never be used again. It is a rare opportunity to acquire a directly available piece, as only a handful of Objects are created for each of our entries.

 

• We aim to ship Direct Purchases out within 3 working days of order receipt.

 

• As one of our core practice principles, we embrace the ‘scrap only’, thereby valuing the imperfections and miscellany of leather and suede shapes to create one-of-a-kind pieces with their own individual characteristics and details. The uniqueness of each object is achieved not only by assembling each piece by hand from incongruous offcuts but also by using remnants of precious materials that many would discard. The imperfections of leather offcuts, irregularities of their colour and texture are the features we value the most and intentionally keep within each Object.

 

• Due to inconsistencies of various monitors, lighting sources, digital photography, and dye variations, we cannot guarantee that the color seen on a screen accurately portrays the true color of the Object. Screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.

 

• Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our Objects, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable; 

 

• We are committed to our artisanal quality standards and offer lifelong care for each Object, including repair services if your unique piece requires it.
